According to the website footballinsider247 Hibs are keeping tabs on Manchester United youngster Ethan Williams.
The 19-year-old left winger spent last season on loan with English League Two side Cheltenham Town, playing 21 games and was involved in 4 goal contributions.
According to the report, the Hibees will have to fight it out with Blackpool and Stockport County to land the player on a possible loan deal.
Hibs could benefit from the fact that United were really happy with how the two loan spells of former defender Will Fish went, with the now Cardiff City defender playing over 60 times and his exposure to European football, playing 5 times in the Uefa Conference League, which they can offer again.
Williams has never played for the United first team, but has been the top goalscorer, two seasons running, for United in the Uefa Youth League.
HIBERNIAN-MAD VIEW
We know nothing about this kid, but he looks an exciting talent.
The only problem is, Hibs boss David Gray doesn't normally play with wingers, preffering wing-backs, but it can't hurt to have them in the squad to switch things up.
Hibs currently have Martin Boyle, Elie Youan and Jair Tavares who can be described as wingers, Boyle has been playing as a striker to great effect, Youan is expected to leave the club this summer and Tavares is massively out the first team picture, and is another likely to leave.
We will have to wait and see if there is any legs in this news
