Elsewhere in England's group

A low-key summer international window for England sees them in World Cup qualifying action just the once, an away fixture with Andorra that, barring a footballing miracle, will see Thomas Tuchel's side move on to nine points in Group K before a friendly against Senegal ends the 2024/25 season.

Elsewhere, the side most likely to challenge England for top spot kick-off their campaign.

Serbia were involved in Nations League matches in March but will now look to take six points of their own from two games, the second of which is a home tie against Andorra.

Before that there is a trip to face Albania, a fixture that comes with off-field tensions for both countries.

The Serbs, narrowly beaten by England in the opening game of last summer's European Championships, possess a number of attacking threats with Aleksandar Mitrovic, now playing in Saudi Arabia, still a key member of their squad.

Their home game against England in September is set to be the pivotal match in the race for top-spot and an automatic place at the 2026 World Cup.
