Aston Villa look to end slump against West Ham

Unai Emery’s Aston Villa welcome West Ham United to Villa Park this afternoon aiming to halt a concerning run of three consecutive league defeats.

Villa have conceded nine goals in their last three outings and have slipped to fourth in the table, now only two points ahead of Liverpool.

West Ham have shown a significant improvement in form recently, taking fifteen points from their last nine matches to close the gap on the teams above them.

A victory for the Hammers would see them climb out of the relegation zone regardless of results elsewhere.

Villa will be without long term absentee Boubacar Kamara, while West Ham are sweating on the fitness of winger Crysencio Summerville.
