Premier League November Manager of the Month candidates revealed

The nominees for November's Premier League Manager of the Month have been revealed, with Aston Villa's Steven Gerrard, Manchester City's Pep Guardiola and Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp up for the award.

Gerrard only took over at VIlla Park last month but has already made his mark. In his first game in charge, two late goals earned his side a victory over Brighton and the Villans followed this up with a credible win over Crystal Palace.

Meanwhile, Guardiola led City to three league victories out of three in November, while also balancing his side's European commitments.

The first of these was a 2-0 victory over rivals Manchester United which his side controlled completely throughout. A similarly comfortable 3-0 home victory over struggling Everton followed before the Cityzens rounded off the month by beating high-flying West Ham 2-1.

The third manager nominated is Klopp, who recorded two wins and one defeat in Liverpool's three games last month. November got off to a rocky start with the Reds falling to a 3-2 defeat against West Ham but the Reds responded well with back-to-back 4-0 victories over Arsenal and Southampton at Anfield.

Those wishing to vote for their favourite can do so by heading over to the Premier League website. Once the public's votes have been tallied, they will combined with those from an expert football panel and a winner will be announced.

Public voting for this month's award closes at 12:00 GMT on Monday 6 November.
