“We wrote to the FA on June 26 to raise the concerns about the issues affecting Notts County, but after PMQs on Wednesday, they got in touch to arrange a meeting,” she said.
“I wanted to make everybody aware of the crisis that is happening at the club which plays such an important part in the community.
“Come to the end of the meeting, hopefully, we will have some answers for the supporters who are rightfully worried about their club’s future.
“We will also hope to be given reassurances that the FA are taking every step necessary to ensure the next owners are fit and proper to take over the club.”
