Hibs linked with Marc McNulty

According the Scottish Sun Journo Alan Nixon, Hibs are eyeing a move for striker Marc McNulty.

The Hibees are said to be keen to re-sign the player on another loan deal.

McNulty is currently on loan to Sunderland from Reading, but has not featured under manager Phil Parkinson.

Hibs boss Jack Ross, who signed him for the Black Cats, is hopeful of talking both Reading and McNulty in to cancelling his loan at the Stadium of Light, and returning to Easter Road, where he was on loan last season.

Reading are said to be looking for an agreed future transfer fee in any loan deal, and if affordable, would be another plus for the club.

Editor's View:

McNulty would be a brilliant signing for Hibs, who have lacked a penalty box striker all season.

The move would also free up young striker Oli Shaw to go out on loan and gain some much needed match time.

McNulty knows the league and most of his team-mates and would click in place straight away.
