Derby County are being linked with a loan move for Tom Cannon.
The 19-year-old forward is on the verge of the first team squad at Goodison and manager Frank Lampard is considering sending him out on a season-long loan to gain experience after impressing for the Under 21's last season.
Championship side Millwall are also reportedly interested in the Republic of Ireland youth international.
